Population Served

I love working with teenagers and females. I have found this to be my passion. Most of my experience is working with at-risk youth with significant trauma histories. I am interested in expanding my practice to working with women.

Type of Therapy

I provide individual counseling and will meet you where you are at, working together to find resolution to what you are seeking. I draw from a variety of approaches some of which include Client-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral, Motivational Interviewing, Progressive Counting, Solution-Focused and others.
